Cast your burden upon the Lord, and He will sustain you; He will never allow the righteous to be shaken.

Psalm 55:22

When trouble comes, refuse to allow it to crush you. Instead meditate on the fact that God knew about it before it happened and already made provision on your behalf. Simply practice waiting on Him. We all know this is easy to say, but extremely hard to accomplish.

Human nature is inclined to instant gratification and we instinctively seek quick fixes to our broken plans, dreams and hopes. When in need, we all want to see fast results. It is humans nature. Patience is not usually a built in quality within men. We just as soon work ourselves to the bone trying to solve our problems and conflicts.

It is very hard to let go of our own efforts and let
God do what only He can do. Perhaps that is why He allows these things to happen. He knows that we alone can not solve them. His purpose is in fact that out of necessity we finally seek Him. His words say that we shall find Him when we look for Him with ALL our heart. Sometimes it takes complete misery in our lives for us to remember to seek His face and counsel. When there is no one else to turn to, how wonderful it is to know that our God is a loving God: always ready and willing to listen to us and take note of what we need and want. Those are the times when we find that He was always there, standing close, simply waiting on us, giving us time to realize that His mighty power, mercy and love are forever ours for the asking.

His greatest wish is that we all come to the realization that His love is everlasting and unconditional. His biggest desire is that His most beloved creation, men, come to the realization that He created us to have a close relationship with Him. He created us to bring glory to His name and get to know the wonders of His love and the beauty of His faithfulness. He created us to live our lives in the full knowledge of His awesome Being. He has already made provision for all this through the offering of the only sacrifice acceptable to him. The only offering that could pay once and for all mankind's debt in full: His only begotten son
Jesus Christ's death on Calvary! How very blessed are we to so have such a privileged, divine inheritance. How fortunate are those that listen to His words and believe them!!
