Famous for their entertaining informercials, the owners of Appliance Direct double-tithe to their church and have a compelling testimony. On a more practical note, their staff is very professional and friendly, and their prices are truly very low.
Chick-fil-a Restaurants is a marvelous Christian owned business that we recommend. Their founder, Mr. S. Truett Cathy, has a strong sense of responsibilty towards the community and towards young people. Mr. Cathy is an innovative philanthropist and has taught Sunday School for almost fifty years. True to form, Chick-fil-a is closed on Sunday. In their restuarants you will hear only Christian music on their speakers. The staff is friendly and will bless you as you receive your meal. Various locations offer family activities on a regular basis, and they often give books away with kiddie meals. What is more, their food is superior to most fast food.
